Bought this for my post-op recovery and the 12,000 ultra-soft bristles made brushing almost painless. It's gentle enough that I don't wince anymore, though I wish the handle had a bit more grip for wet hands.

My gums have been tender since my dental procedure, and these bristles are gentle enough that brushing doesn't hurt anymore. I love how the slender head reaches my back molars without any poking, and it's made my whole routine much less stressful.

The bristles are so incredibly fine that I barely felt them against my swollen gums, which was a huge relief. I counted the bristles on the package and 12,000 sounds crazy, but honestly, it's the gentlest clean I've ever had.
